We've had a number of TPG users report problems recently with making accounts. After some investigation we discovered that the TPG mail server is rejecting emails from the AusGamers service, including password resets and welcome letter emails (the email you get when you create a new account). Unfortunately there's no easy fix from our end for this, and, we suspect, no easy fix at the TPG end. We'll continue to look at the problem but for now TPG users are a bit out of luck when it comes to creating AusGamers accounts. |

Cant you just add "@tpg.com.au" email addresses to your list of not-allowes to signup like "@hotmail.com" emails?

tpg.com.au addresses aren't free email accounts though
why would they want to remove users who are using it? |

What a dumb thing to do.What - to fix the problem?! To resolve this issue, we have whitelisted all messages sent from one of AusGamers' servers.Sounds great, thanks for taking the time to post and let us know what is happening. I'm not really sure how that root@ address is getting in there; I'll see if I can fix it. |

Yeh i've had to do the same for lansmash.com with automated forum messages coming from www-data (webserver user).
To make it work I had to fake a www-data address on our mail-server to make it nice for TPG. |
