The Wii manifest of unique and innovative games continues to grow impressively with the addition of seminal surgical sim, Trauma Center: Second Opinion.

In this game, you turn your lounge room into an operating room, and your TV into the operating table, using the Wii Remote as various surgical instruments in an attempt to save lives and become the best doctor you can.

Be sure to check out our review, and for more related information and media, you can click through to our Trama Center: Second Opinion game page.

As a Wii owner i would like ausgamers to bash nintendo till the end of time or until their platform starts getting more quality games that aren't made by the same company.

Yeah, I don't have a WiiKey, but the softmods out there now allow you to boot games regardless of their region. I've found it to be rather handy.
