As Fable 2's release draws ever-closer, Lionhead have released three brand new screens for your viewing pleasure showcasing the unique art style of the game as well as just how far the series has come since its Xbox debut all those years ago.

Fable 2 is due for release exclusively on Xbox 360 later this year (there's no official date yet, just Q3) and is set some 500 years after the events of the first outing. You can check out the new screens by hitting up our AusGamers Fable 2 game page.

Looking good, just hope it doesn't feel as linear as the first one.

From everything I've seen (all the developer diaries you can download off Xbox Live or right here on AusGamers) it's not going to be. There are more choices and no set path. If you see it, you can go to it, is what I've been told. Only a month away now before I can get into at this year's E3 ;)

I want another oblivion were your choices actually change the world around you.
Fable 2 sounds like it could be it.

Of course, all Peter Molyneux games are completely nonlinear, have amazing AI, dynamic beyond belief and so much fun to play...then they get released
