Lucas Arts have released some new images from the hotly anticipated Star Wars: The Force Unleashed revealing the iconic Darth Vader as a playable character. Four shots from the Xbox 360 version (below) are looking as good as ever, which is more than can be said of the stills from the Wii version.

holy crap, they look pretty damn impressive. I actually saw this game in action (on both Xbox and Wii) and it looked pretty nice, but it was on a projector screen so I couldn't really see the lushness that is on offer in those screenshots.

Wii version looks crap but if the controls are awesome and fun then it won't matter.

Looks like I will have to buy a 360 ...

Reckon. That third one where he's looking out over the battle. If all that background stuff is in-game and in motion, that's some pretty awesome depth of field shiz happening there. I've gotta see some of that in realtime before I'll be sold.
