Microsoft's GDC keynote was on earlier today, with some interesting news. The big announcement from the Xbox side of things was word of a new plan to "democratise" game distribution of XNA-developed games, allowing hobbyists, amateurs and indies to get their games onto Xbox Live quickly and easily using a peer-review system. Gears of War 2 was also formally announced for release later this year, along with some news about Ninja Gaiden 2 and Fable 2 (which we've already covered).
