Just a short piece on IGN about Capcom's new survival horror masterpiece for PS2, Devil May Cry.

The demo seems to begin outside a castle with some amazing outdoor imagery. Capcom is promising a good sampling of the gameplay to be found in its final form, including air attacks, sword attacks and gun attacks. Yes, there's gonna be a whole lotta attacking in this game.

Made by the team behind Resident Evil 2, this game is shaping up rather nicely. For a short demo movie click on this. For anybody still dubious that the second generation of PS2 games is going to be as lack-lustre as the first, I'd highly recommend taking a look at this:)

Third place what? Maybe its just the feverish state I'm in but I missed any reference to a third place?
