As above. I know some ISPs like my Uni's does not allow me to download Yahoo's e-mails via the Smtp/pop thing in outlook express. could someone tell me if they managed to do this while on BPA?

I'm away at the moment so I can't try it and am helping someone troubleshoot a problem.
