Rockin, finally a comp for my ever beloved 3wave classic ctf!

On the 21st April, commencing at 9.00am, The Bunker will run a 16 team, 5v5 Quake 3 Threewave Classic CTF Double Elimination tournament.

First prize is $1000.00 CASH and second prize is $250.

Cost to enter is $25.00 per player and registrations should be sent to Chris as soon as possible. Registration emails should include full name and telephone number of the players entering, together with their "playing" name if possible. All registrations will be accepted however only those that have paid will be confirmed. And as usual, first paid is first confirmed, so to guarantee your team a place in the tournament, get those paid registrations in early.

Disclaimer - We are aiming for a 16 team competition and the prize structure reflects this. As is always the case, if the number of teams that enter are less than 16 the prize may be adjusted.

Pfft "au" comp indeed. My god the organisers might as well just make out the cheque to BAM already, especially if the likes of asha'poon are intending to enter, that'll use up one comp spot for a real contender, not that there would be any others up there :P

It's a nice idea anyway, shame that it takes offers of cash to stimulate interest in 3wave as opposed to "I AM A CROUCHING RAIL TURRET" vanilla CTF, so beloved of the sadcase population who played 3wave twice and got spanked so hard that they wiped it instantly.

The only classic 3wave CTF is Quake CTF. Once Zoid got paid to do it, it went to s***.
