Okay my brother installed some new video drivers or something and they are gay e.g. the text goes all f***ed and unreadable in CS and I only get 30 fps when the slightest thing happens (and no Axis, there is no f***ing way in hell 30fps is enough, it is f***ing gay).

I tried reinstalling the latest dets and the problem persists, so I thought I'd see a doctor in the form of posting here :P

Anyway I heard there are these 4 in 1 things and is there a way to find out if I need them or if they are installed?

could you find out what it was he installed exactly?

He said new drivers but that can't of been the problem because I reinstalled good ones :/

Hunter my computer runs CS at 99 constant (when I don't have vsync on) so I consider it running at 30 fps a little below par.

1) video drivers
2) what is DMA? He didn't put in any new hard drives or anything.
3) I like vsync on, it stays at a constant 60 fps.
4) it isn't overclocked at all, I think.

man i run dod and cs (if cs ever gets played...hrmm) at like 11fps. Thats all i can get, p2 300 with tnt2ultra. Its gay, but i can still kill stuff. 99 fps? holy crap. Im lucky to get 15 staring at a wall

actually i got total annihilation =) its a bit laggy too but i turn all the s*** off. I love that game cause you never run out of resources hehe. Just dig in and piss everyone off with big BIG long range guns.

i found a pretty good ai but its only good at ground attack
it rushes you with heaps of light infantry for a while, then starts sending mavericks, then starts bombarding your base with heaps of long range fire
does it pretty fast too, and takes over the whole map
builds lots of fusion reactors and stuff
