Absolute shock, agree with raven saw his go kart post just a couple of days ago and I was chatting with him just last week.

I ran into him by accident in the local park in January while he was on way home from work on his bike. We said we'd catchup for a beer, but never organised it :(

I actually met Dave through this very forum well over 20 years ago and we became solid mates, coached his eldest boy in footy in 2023 and literally spoke to him on Monday about his lad not playing anymore and getting his P's

Such a sudden and shocking development, still don't know what happened other than it being a terrible accident :(

I came back for the same reason. I only saw the news this morning on FB. It really came as a shock. No idea what happened but it must have been sudden.

Glad he got to come to my 40th earlier this year and we caught up at his place in Feb.
