Hi there I was told that computer games in particular violent ones will cause certain secretions in the brain like adrenaline there are other secretions made in the brain but i dont know of them i only know of the one. Other symptoms of gaming include sweating, heart palpitations created by the fear of losing ones life in combat like games do any of you experience this, what about anger due to losing in a game i dont see how computer games are healthy at all, some of the games like hearts and solitaire are alright, they are relatively neutral but you'd be better off playing cards with friends, or maybe chess. I'm not saying all games are bad, i'm saying some of them are quite frankly useless because they cause stress, anxiety, heart palpitations. Please think about this and share your thoughts.
