Topic: Extended Borderlands 3 Trailer Shows More, Well, Borderlands

And that is by no means a bad thing. What we think we can take away from this new trailer is that rather than chasing the flailing pre/post competition (think about it), Gearbox's prerogative has been to stay the course and back in what they doubled down on in the first place. The world right now is about building brands, and honestly, Borderlands is a brand.

What we can tell you as part of this updated trailer is that there's TWO new big bads in the form of the Calypso Twins, that vehicles have been expanded and that co-op remains the absolute main focus of the fun of the game. Vault Hunters gotta stick together, yo. Here's some official comments:
The original shooter-looter returns, packing bazillions of guns and an all-new mayhem-fueled adventure! Blast through new worlds and enemies as one of four brand new Vault Hunters – the ultimate treasure-seeking badasses of the Borderlands, each with deep skill trees, abilities, and customization. Play solo or join with friends to take on insane enemies, collect loads of loot, and save your home from the most ruthless cult leaders in the galaxy.
More information will be made available early next month around actual gameplay, but right now, we're very on boarderlands.

Borderlands 3 is out this September 13 on PC (via Epic Games Store), PS4 and Xbox One, so get your loot packs ready.

Have you seen how much stuff Tencent owns? They're the world's largest gaming company, if you're that worried about chinese spyware then theres a lot of games you'll need to avoid. You *definitely* better not play Path of Exile, or PUBG, or League of Legends because they own majority shares in (or in some cases, 100% of) those. And they own a stake in Ubisoft and Activision Blizzard as well so better not play or install anything from them just to be safe. Better not go see the new Terminator, Top Gun or Wonder Woman movies either cos they've involved in those too.

Its just a silly over-reaction, the Epic store is just the current thing for gamers to be outraged about. Bethesda hasn't done anything overly offensive lately and the Anthem stuff has pretty much run its course, so gotta have something to make clickbait about and the Epic store makes for an easy target
