i once thought they came out of women....but i got proved wrong in that...i saw a women who looked like she was pregnant...and i knew her....so i went up and said congratulations...she asked me what for...i said on having a baby...she looked down...looked at me...and then slapped me...geez...turns out she wasn't pregant...how the f*** was i supposed to know?

The stork gets the babies after they hatch from eggs that the easter bunny looks after, the boogeyman guards santa while he takes the babies to the storks. The invisible man readies them b4 they leave with the storks and the easter bunny heads the whole operation. The hospital simply acts as a recieval unit...for those who do not own cabbage patches especially use this facility. The elves have nothing to with it. They are "gifts from above" as the storks fly in with them. The storks only cart 1 in 40 of the babies to the black market and 10% of these are used in government operations and experiments. A women becoming fat is a sign that she has been picked to recieve a child in around 9 months time. That is why she returns to normal after the child is recieved. See, a very simple operation....
