Topic: Looking for online shoe store

Someone posted a link ages ago to an awesome online store that sold sneakers/runners of all different major brands. It was an American site I'm pretty sure and the prices were at least half or more off the stuff you buy here. Could have possibly had "west" in the store name as well.

Anyone know what it was or can recommend a good place. I need to buy some new shoes but I don't wanna get raped by Footlocker and Rebel Sport. I also noticed the sizes were in centimeters too. So when looking for the right size, is that foot size or shoe size?

Thanx fellas.

Ooh, I think I found it... http://www.eastbay.com/ Twas east in the name, not west. lol

Okies, thanx everyone for looking. Was a big help!

Ok, I need some advice. Are the sizes on that site the same as the ones that would be sold in shops here? I normally buy a size 11 shoe.

EDIT: Also, take no notice of me talking about centimeters in the first post. I could have sworn they were measured like that last time I was there.

I have a big and wide foot. Only shoes I can seem to get to fit probably are $180 asics runners. Getting it any cheaper would be awesome.

Blade runner, I'll post up a site tomorrow for asics. I bought two pairs of the gt2150 online for a fraction more than one pair here from rebel/amart/footlocker.

Check the tag on your current shoes, usually they list the size in a US size and a UK size. The US size is the one eastbay uses as their standard sizing. Theres usually a Sizing tab though when you pick a particular shoe that explains the sizings in more detail

I did the order last nite so we'll see if they fit when they get here. I ordered the 11 1/2 size just to be sure. Got two pairs of Nike runners and a casual wear type thingy Doc Martins. $255 all up which is damn good. I price checked one of the shoes on the Rebel Sport site and it was $170 compared to $70 on the US site. Doc's were only $80 too which is also f***ing cheap.

Will be hilarious if they don't fit properly. I'll sell them half price on here if they don't.

I have the same problem. Everywhere only stocks up to size 13(US) and I'm size 15(US) so my choice is limited.

I might check out eastbay and roadrunnersports. Ta.

Eastbay is really good but they are starting to restrict which shoes they will ship internationally.

Their shipping isn't always that fast, but they are pretty damn awesome.

Roadrunner have restrictions but I just free ship to my shipito and send on from there at better international rates anyway.

I just bought some riding/running shoes and golf shoes last Monday they arrived on same week Friday from the following site:

www.endless.com

Free shipping for orders over $100 plus some sort of discount at the time on the trainers so it was around $120 dollars for a couple of pairs of shoes not too shabby.

Yeah, they fit perfectly. I did another order again tonite for a pair of black leather work shoes and grabbed another pair of runners. You're prolly thinking why get so many shoes? Well I only have two pairs at the moment. One for work and another pair of runners which have a hole at the top where my big toe is. So I figured I'd grab a heap while I can so I won't have to buy anymore for ages.
