ok i just got me a new intelli explorer and its got this problem. When i move it to fast in any direction the axis reverse and the cursor goes spastic. i think its the HID compliant mouse driver for the USB port because after i installed the new one with the mouse.. my other USB mouse had the same prob. i cant put it in my ps2 because its f***ed. anyone have same prob

i have an optical mouse and it does all sorts of gay s*** middle of a cs game i look stragiht up and the world spins 360 degees about 50 time

that's why they're gay for low sensitivity players and good for high sensitivity ones.

I use an intellimouse explorer and have the sens at 11 in cs and 20 in q3. It suits me fine, but its a little bulky. I shoulda got the standard optical i spose. But there you have it.

Ive watched DeePer play a few times, and I wince every time he bashes that mouse repeatedly on that mouse pad to move an inch :)

20!!! I thought I was high on 12 and I've been weaning myself off it and am down to 7. I've been having problems with it losing track a bit, but not so much now that I've set cl_mouseaccel to 1. I still have some problems doing really quick rocket jumps. I have Intellimouse Explorer.

That's just an example of how stupid it is to refer to senstivity as a number.

Here's the deal. Saying your sens is 20, or 10 or whatever don't mean s***. It all depends on the mousedrivers, the mouse, and your windows speed.

Really, It's how far your mouse moves on your mousepad...

Easiest way to compare "sensitivities" is to look at a corner of a wall in game, and do a slow 360. Your true sens is how far the mouse moves.

Approximately, a high sens players do a 360 is less than 5cm. middle is 5-15, and low is above 15cm.

well going on dr.metals theory.

i use a 3mpms under my intelli. and i can do 4 complete turns from side to side.the pad is about 18 cms wide. and thats with no mous hangingover teh edge
