Not much on tonight, off to gym for some deadlifts and leg press then Wow and resting for my swim with sharks tomorrow. :)

Dinner at olds, maybe see some friends at the Pub but an early night in the end.

Leaving home at 5:45am to head down the Tweed to go diving tomorrow morning... Rain this week has probably washed s*** out to sea so Vis isn't going to be great, but it looks like the wind should be down at least. Still a bad day in the water is better then sitting around the house or doing housework...
