Electronic Frontiers Australia is an independent, not-for-profit association that promotes online civil liberties in Australia. They are at the front line fighting for your rights on a variety of issues - to ensure you have free, unrestricted access to the Internet, and to ensure that gamers have the ability to buy and purchase games that warrant an R18+ rating.

Their fundraising drive will help them to continue to create effective campaigns on these sorts of issues. Perhaps most importantly, it will help them communicate these issues to our government and it's representatives.

Think about who you want talking to our politicians about these issues. Do you want it to be Family First, who are so paranoid about protecting children that they want to filter the Internet? Do you want it to be the Australian Christian Lobby, who are scared that violent games are turning us all into killing machines?

Or would you rather it was the EFA, who think that you should have the right to be treated like an adult by our government, and make your own choices about what you do with your spare time and money? (Hint: this is the correct answer.) Donate now to the EFA and join the cause.
