when i use my work laptop at home i use FF however when I try to do various things like updating software, accessing iTunes store, etc it won't work because my IE is set up via a proxy so i have to go into the settings and disable this.

I use Foxy proxy for FF and have googled various options for IE.
Just want to know what you all recommend for IE that sits in the sys tray so i don't have to open IE to use it and i can disable/enable the proxy settings when i need to.
something simple with no frills that does the job.

Can you do it with a couple of .reg files with the appropriate settings?

wouldn't know how and probably don't want to stuff around to much. there are some switches out there just want to know the best one.

no s*** sherlock.....I to googled (as mentioned) but I was after some recommendations as to what people might already prefer and use
because some of the ones I've found haven't had any updates since 2008. should this matter?
