I had the same issue, I just hit F5. (using firefox)

Nothing will ever beat the original movie but looks like it will be worth a watch.

the original Predator was so f***ing awesome. probably my fav action movie.
why can't someone top it? AVPs and Predator 2 were horrid.

Movie looks like it will be very average, they shoulda made the new one Bear Grylls Vs Predator.

Looks like an interesting premise, and it looks like it has a decent cast. I really want it to be good, but I still can't shake the feeling that its going to be crap.

Comic books did that years ago, (and they didn't destroy it... more like created it)
And it's not like it was hard, predators are hunters that have primal traditions but use advanced technology... What else do you need to know.

There is not a single decent actor amongst them. I doubt any of them could ever even be a Governor.

Adrian Brody is pretty decent, like not great, but what i've seen him in i've liked and he's already been convincing.... the jacket is a movie that comes to mind with him in it.

Morpheus is abit lame.. but he's one of the few big black solid actors around these days and he does a fine job at filling the diversity role.


Also further more on the mystery of the legend s*** being destroy, every piece of the predator franchise has to be signed off by 20th century fox, and they do a fine job at making sure s*** doesn't conflict.. to date nothing in the predator (or aliens) universe has conflicted and it's one of the few franchises that are quite strict in that reguard.
