I have had a coffee cocktail with vodka (coffee martini) and it was awesome!

How did the redskin turn out?

Good tasted strongly like redskin. You get a few wierd bits floating in the vodka and it goes a bit foamy - I was also at high altitude when I did this last time so it went all freaky bubbly. There are also two brands of redskin ? Allens and Wonka, they seem different although they both come from Nestle - dunno what the go there is.

redskin vodka is awsome. redskin vodka + lemonade = yum

Redskins, Chicos, Musk Sticks, and Skittles all work well in vodka. Skittles and Chicos require lots of filtering though.

Hard to improve on Red Bull + Vodka.
Stilnox and Red Bull is pretty good i hear.

Could have been called that. I can't remember.

I used 5 bags of Skittles, 1 colour/flavour per bottle. If I made it again I wouldn't make the blackcurrant again, it's pretty lame. You can mix the orange Skittles vodka with the Chico vodka to make jaffa-flavoured vokda.

thermite if you strain it once or twice after you leave the redskins to disolve in it for a few hours then it gets rid of the little bits of white s*** that form on it. makes it 1000000x better. i think they're little bits of vegetable gum or whatever s*** they make lollies out of these days that doesn't fully disolve.

CHUB - Green Dragon is intense, I've had the bacardi 151 version - damn! We had a funnier name for it, CAN'T REMEMBER, surprise.

Kaliber in the Valley has about 30 flavours of Vodka O.

Coffee vodka sounds like it could be worth a try, wonder if it can be acquired from the likes of Dan Murphy's, don't remember seeing it around though.

I've made the skittles one before and boba drank it all

a few years ago i was in a bar in liverpool, england that had the same idea but with tequilla. i wasn't a big fan of tequilla back then so i didnt have many. they had a wall of flavours, even baked bean.

Have tried infusing:
* Chilli
* Vanilla
* Ginger
* Liquorice
* Some weird japanese plum candy
* Dried plums (either the chinese or japanese variety)
* Cinnamon + nutmeg + cloves + star anise
* Marshmallow

Having said that, I think I'm going to try infusing vodka with guava someday (both fresh and preserved, but obviously not in the same bottle).

A guy on another forum I visit tried the bacon one, he said he would never touch the s*** again. I can't see how a savoury type food would taste any good with vodka. All the sweet s*** yes, savoury no way.

Salt is f***ing yum with gin and I'd imagine salt + smoky flavour of bacon infused in vodka could be decent if used in the right way. I reckon with some bitter tonic water it wouldn't be too bad, not that I'm willing to try it.

I wonder what hickory smoked vodka would be like.
