Did anyone watch this on sunday night?

Of all the american shows that have come out, i'm actually interested in this. But sunday was just a special premiere, bloody series doesn't start in australia until like september.

It was incredibly s***. Like the new 90210 or the attempted Sex And The City replacements. Except with a worse script.

teachers is fairly old isnt it? pretty sure its already had 3 or 4 seasons and been cancelled

last ep implied that john connors life is a big loop in time.
rocks up in the future where the reeces have no idea who he is.
to continue the series, they would have to remake the terminator movies over and over.
great finish to a 'becoming boring' show imho.

fall lineup looks pretty lame.
bones, fringe, glee et al.......and why isnt family guy axed for good?
concept wore thin 2 season ago at least for me.

and yes teachers is an older show but i dont see glee lasting 4 seasons.

I thought "those bits" were much better done in Glee, not that I've seen more than 5 minutes of all 3 of the High School Musical movies combined.

Yes, it is on ABC2 on Tuesdays. I'm a bit of a fan. It's good for a laugh sometimes.

Watched it last night - thought it was pretty cool.

I only just discovered this, and watched the pilot - bloody awesome. But then, I've always been the type that likes musicals. I'll be looking forward to this in September.

My cut/haste on it in general:

I can't see this continuing based on the concept and ratings for more than a season or two, but I just watched the pilot of this and to be honest I thought it was bloody awesome. Can't wait for the series to go to air in September - Lea Michele has an incredible singing voice which reminded me a lot of Michala Banas in Avenue Q, and if they can get as many well-suited tracks as Journey's "Don't Stop Believin'" (as you would have heard in the promos) then they're really going to have some really well-done performances.

The inclusion of Jane Lynch alone makes it comedy gold :)

channel ten is going to start airing it on september 17. it will only be a week or two behind america.

Not as good as the pilot but it looks promising. I'll keep watching.

From the ads it just looks like the next generic teen drama.

Generic teen drama? mmm, not really generic. It's very different - it's a comedy and a musical, so if you're expecting more of Gossip Girl, it'll have a lot more of an angle than that.
