I have a few .x264 MKV files with DTS Audio tracks, MKVs work fine on my TV but it doesn't like DTS audio, has anyone got any recommendations for software\procedures for extracting the audio track, reencoding it to a 2 channel AC3 and repacking the MKV?

I know handbrake can encode to AC3 audio. http://handbrake.fr/
