2K Games have released a new trailer for Mafia 2, offering an in-depth look at what to expect from the sequel to the 2002 free-roaming organised crime game Mafia.

This latest video offers up a generous 15 minutes of gameplay, narrated by the game's Producer Denby Grace. We're big fans of this kind of promotion - more games should offer this kind of preview - so check it out right here on AusGamers.

Mafia 2 is due on PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in "Early 2010".

Looks excellent...even though it is old footage, it was nice to get a bit of narration from the dev. Still another 6mths+ away from release....hope fully we get more gameplay footage between now and then

Anyone play the 1st one with a force feedback wheel when in the car? When the car was idle it use to rock the speakers off my desk, I literally had to drive fast everywhere to stop getting multicolours when my monitor cable was shaking loose :)

Hopefully they make the game more interesting during the driving from A to B, as that was the real let down in Mafia 1, literally nothing happened during the driving in the trip

Well judging by that movie, there was an argument with two drivers in an accident, a cop car pulling someone over and other sorts of things so it's a safe bet that it should be fine.

well that mission seemed pathed when on the road, but yea I agree, I have faith in this sequel :)
