Ur... What makes the HarmonyOne the best remote? I have a 1000i which is a different shape with a colour touchscreen. I think there is now a 1100i that fixes some "bugs"... They also support RF transmission to their special blaster box. The 1000i (now the 1100i) is the top of the logitec range.

Honestly... I completely expected my 1000i to be s***, but it works fine. I can't fault it, except for the fact that my plasma's IR receiver is extremely directional (which isn't the fault of the remote).

If you would explain what your issues were, I might be able to help you out.
