How come the new search isnt connected to the QGL forum ?

Because you need to use the broken search function to search for the thread with the working search function in it.

Because trog has better things on his todo list than changing a link.

I prefer just creating new threads that have been answered a thousand times than just searching.

IF the guys want to dump the old QGL site, then thats fine, its up to them. If thats the case, just let us know.

I've mentioned a few million times that its on the TODO but its not a priority :)

It's been repeated many times there's no intention of dumping the qgl site or AusForums. So it would be implementing search on AusForums that's on the todo list.

sounds to me as though trog is implying you can't hold your breath for longer than a few months or so

that sounds like a challenge to me
