Well, I just decided to buy Rock Band at some point in the near future after reading this announcement:

Harmonix, the world’s premier music video game development company, and MTV Games, a part of Viacom’s MTV Networks, today confirmed that Ten, the debut album that sold 12 million copies and introduced the world to Pearl Jam in 1991, will be offered for download in the Rock Band Music Store day-and-date with the re-issue of the album in stores on March 24, 2009.

Well, maybe not the near future precisely - hey, maybe Rock Band 2 will be out in Australia by then?

Ever since I first picked up guitar hero I wished there were some epic PJ songs... now they have their best work ever... definitely need to get Rock Band.

So how does the xbox DLC work? Do you have to buy those points thingys from places like EB or can you use your credit card to d/l stuff. Just checking out all the d/l stuff for Rock Band and there seems to be a tonne of music for it.

Did anyone else get the AC\DC Live Track Pack for Rock Band? I picked it up today from Harvey Norman who literally only had 2 copies for 360 and apparently it's exclusive to Harvey Norman, some exclusive.

Anyway I thought it was an add-on for Rock Band, which I don't actually own yet but plan to (once I can find a f***ing copy game only) But it turns out it's actually a stand alone disc, but you can import the songs into RB1\2 if you want to.
