I have been playing COD4 in my PC and i absolutly loved it!! cant understand why it still cant match up with battlefield 2 in FPS online. Recently my wife has this research project which need to take over the computer, so i am thinking of buying a COD4 in one of my game consule, but what will be the fun if i cant find enough people to play online? So, any suggestions on that? buy a PS3 version or Xbox360 version? and which one is more stable and more popular through the networks? thnks for any suggestions! cheers |

I guess first question would be whether your already paying for xbox live? If not, then PS3 version would be looking a lot nicer (read:cheaper)

I'm not entirely convinced this isn't another advertisement. "Hay guyz, I bought this fantastic game, and its so great I'm going to buy another copy! Let's work out how great it is somewhere else!"
What is said above is the truth - If you already have live, get that version, else PS3 that s***. |

I'd go with the X360 version but that could be just my bias for the x360 controller over the PS3s. The games are functionally the same, although the xbox is likely to be better on the matchmaking front (can't confirm as I don't have the PS3 ver, but it tends to be the case in multiplatform titles). And yeah, Xbox requires a live sub, whereas PS3 multiplayer is free, so there's that to consider.

One thing for sure, if you are good in playing COD4 in PC doesnt mean can play good in a PS or 360. So y not do a little bit challange. Plus, COD4 is really a damn good FPS game to play after CS. Anyway, thnks for your suggestion, and i do heard COD4 is one of the most played game in live |

Couldn't agree more.. I too am so sick and tired of people coming into this forum - Queensland Gamers League to discuss games and what other peoples experiences with them are. |
