they couldn't give the pies away so they put them between some slices of slate bread n now they are sandwiches.

Just had a sausage roll from there. It tasted good. Whether it was good quality is another thing. Meh.

old mate at work has just pointed out that 7-11's interpreation of dots vs gmails is quite different .. .. .

I have always like the takeaway food from seven eleven, the hot dogs are decent, the sausage rolls and pies arent too bad, the pies are better at BP though.

Of course i'd prefer a proper pie from a decent pie store, but at 3am coming back from gigs you dont have much choice.

Because the sandwich has been cut in half - so you're seeing the middle of the tomato slice.

[On 2nd glance - yes it does look like they've cut a strip of tomato and placed it on its side..weird..]

Anyone try it a 2nd time with a diff email? Didn't work for me, they rejected it at the store itself..

a lot of 7/11's reject them with reason "it's already been redeemed" which is complete bulls***, because you goto the store down the road and they accept it no problem.

it's got to do with asian store owners being cheap and not wanting to honour vouchers. they tried to do it to me just before, i told them it hasn't and made them ring munch. got my free sandwich, alright!

Why are they being cheap? Surely they would be reimbursed by Head Office for the promo..
