Topic: Full-screen browser-eating ads again

And once again, as has been grown to expect of the QGL forums, there's a flash banner ad which this time, doesn't just eat a corner of your browser and not go away, but in fact eats your whole browser - it seems it's supposed to activate only when you mouseoever it for 3 seconds, but that clearly doesn't work, as I've had it eat up firefox on a number of occasions now when I've just been sitting reading threads with the banner not even visible on the page.

Seriously Sensis: Stop doing this s***.

i notice the webjet ad has folded corner, with a +, if u hold over for 3 seconds it opens to full screen (gives u a count down, go off it and the countdown stops)

not happening on its own tho atm in google chrome.

NO? well u gotta pay for it somehow.. support adds support ausgamers/ i use microsoft internte explorer and i have no problems anyway. best browser ive used

i've run plenty of sites and never had to use ads, you've only prooven that you yourself havent and are trying to justify the capitalistic crap that qgl has to endure through ausgamers stupid decisions.
