old mates tv cant play ntsc signal, what options do we have to convert the ntsc to pal? |

New TV? obviously depends largely on this persons cash flow but imo it's not even really worth having a PS3 at all if you don't have a 1080p display to use it on.

i wonder if we could get something like that locally? apparently dick smith said it couldnt be done: i do agree, new tv would be the best solution, but apparently the american dude is just a house guest and will be leaving with his ps3 sometime soonish, so old mate doesnt want to spend substantial cash on a fix |
