After uninstalling and reinstalling AVG due to a "missing .bin file" error, I just googled the problem and it looks like it's due to AVG's latest update. So for anyone else who gets the error, just sit tight and wait for AVG to resolve it.

I didn't know what it meant since it wasn't telling me any more detail other than .bin file is missing, so I tried to do an update and it says the update fails, so I guess we just wait til it fixes itself

mine had same error, just did an update now only a 14kb one, and it shows fixed atm.

AVG seem to be getting worse and worse by the day.

Yeah I got it yesterday too, wasnt sure what it was and just left it.
