Exactly that, Mr. Google and Ms. Bitchwiki say that a PCIe 2.0 slot will take both a PCIe 1.1 and 2.0 video card, but i'm asking if it'll work the other way. i.e. PCIe 2.0 video card work in a PCIe 1.1 card slot. (reason for askign this is i just bought my computer about 4months ago and never heard of PCIe 2.0 so without thinking i bougth a mobo and of course, its only PCIe 1.1. but i didn't have the cash for a vid card at the time so i've been using craptastic onboard vid card and dunno if i have to limit vid card of choice to pcie 1.1 types or any.) thanks in advance to whoever answers ;) |
