I think the Striker is probably more feature rich, I don't think nVidia chipsets are as well regarded as the Intel ones.
X38 is the last high end chipset. Its been superseded by the x48 now. It would still be pretty good. |

P5E3 would be my choice over the Stryker
I've got a P5E an it simply cains along OC's nicely Got my 2.4 Q6600 @ 3.3 thanks to it's uber incremental tweaking ability. |
