I've been to the one here in london on regent street.. its a different retail experience thats for sure. I dunno, maybe they're just good at their job and could tell I wasn't going to buy anything but i rocked on in, played with a few of the machines for a bit, recorded a song in garage band with an actual synth, listened to an ipod or 2 etc and was asked once if I liked the track i was listening to (i guess thats the IM YOUR FRIEND sales technique).. No other real pushing or throat jamming sales techniques BUY BUY BUY etc..
