with a vengeance!

Link

Adobe Flash contains a vulnerability that may allow an attacker to run code on a system that has a vulnerable version of the Flash player installed. There are reports that this vulnerability is being actively exploited.

Make sure you are using the newest version of Flash (9.0.124.0)

Use this link to tell what version you have installed:
http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewContent.do?externalId=tn_15507

Should be 9,0,124,0

Yeah the moment I heard about this a couple days back, I immediately installed Flashblock so I wouldn't be viewing flash objects unless I wanted to. Has a whitelist too so your favourite sites (ie: here) can still get phat banner lootz.

Though I'm liking the plugin in general. Unnecessarily multimedia-infested websites don't waste my time or quota as much :)
Your Player Version: WIN 9,0,124,0

Ok, looks like I have nothing to worry about. I don't actually remember updating this, ever.

Yeh I have Flash disabled by default but use it occasionally for youtubes, etc. Its amazing how much nicer life is without it generally on the web.

I always found NoScript to be much more trouble than it's worth *shrug*

I'd like a "friendly" list option truth be told
Banner thinks it's been played, reports back as being displayed an viewed yet I never have to see it. Site I like gets its sponsorship/kickback, an I don't have to put up with annoying s***.
