Me and my brother were coming outta a movie at Carindale and heard what we weren't sure was either thunder, or the airconditioning.

We get outside, it's pissing down and there's lightning about every 2-5 seconds.

The lightning f***ing blew my TV. Didn't get anything else on the same cirsuit, just the most expensive thing :(

Other than that, and the lightning from the last two days has been awesome!!! Great big bolts of electricity every few seconds (contary to popular belief, if lightning strikes near you - and I mean really close - your hair does not stand on end, nor is the light blue or white. It's orange. I know, i've nearly been hit twice now). One strike today hit the ground no less than five times within one second. It was f%$king awesome. And at about 9 last night, I went outside to look at the storm that had moved to the north. It was lit up like a fuking christmas tree, sheet lightning ripping across it several times a second. Wish I had a digital video camera :(
