top brizzy summer day imo! did my shopping, browsed some aquariums, bought a johanni cichlid, did a water change on my african tank... now it's blissful aircon & cold soda water orrrjeh.

I was at work in a hot shed till midday, now i'm sitting in my chair next to the aircon. I have to pull the engine out of my car sometime too :(

I got stuck in a f***ing truck convoy on the ippy motorway, there's only a few days in the year when my non-aircon car is uncomfortable ... today was one of them, so following a hundred trucks doing 20km/h wasn't fun. The sun was shining onto my crotch and my cock and balls started to get very uncomfortably hot.

I'm paving out the back, do a meter or 2, jump in the pool, repeat, profit

did some mowing earlier... also trimmed the cricket pitch in the paddock next door.. she'll be prime in a week or so after another couple of heavy rollings!

I'm just sitting in my room with the A/C on. It's kinda annoying, because I want to go play Burnout, but my 360 is in the lounge, which isn't air conditioned.

3rd story apartment in Morningside, overlooking the city. Looks left, open front door, looks right, open deck door, looks behind open bedroom door to other open deck door. Ahhhhh the breeze is sooo nice, no need even for the ceiling fans. been cool all day. maybe a little small, but who cares with the view, the breeze and the location.

ps the 3mx2m pool on the deck was nice too, if a little chilly with the breeze.

I am at work which does suck but I am in the server room and it is nice and cold. So in a strange sort of way it is good to be at work.

well, as fit as a 30-a day smoker can be. either way man - if the heat really gets to you... put down the fork. take up jogging or something. you're living in an awesome part of the world, in the best time of year and you want to run away and hide because it's too uncomfortable.

Drove to the North Coast this morning for a day of swimming in the shade. My car hasn't got working aircon either, so now I have a legendary truckies arm.

Went to the Gold Coast for the day, damm the beaches were great!

went up to caloundra, beach ftw. layer on the sunscreen and just laze about in the water.

Played cricket. Bowled them out for 61, we're 2/220 in reply. Not a bad day all things considered.

Played soccer out in the field at midday for about the full game. Then went to chilled in the pool, then finished the night off with lots of food & drinks. What a great day that was I had great time. Oh yeah and it was hot but guess what it's summer in Brisbane LOL.

Twisted riding, swiming and shoping sounds like some kind of Womens triathlon :)

Personaly I hate summer and I hate the heat. For me it's pretty sad considering I missed winter last year because I spent 3 months in the US during their summer. This summer has been pretty good though I have to say. However this time next week I'll be back in the US and it's going to be close to zero (lows) where I am going.

I've had a personal policy for a long time that I don't get out of bed if it ain't double digits. Unfortunately in Brisbane it seems its very rare that the policy comes into play, because by the time I get up its well on its way to 20 even in the middle of winter.
