Is there any way I can run two instances of outlook, using two different profiles, connecting to two different exchange servers, under the one windows xp A/C ?

last time i had someone with two different mail accounts i just ran two different clients for them (OE and TB from memory)

I don't really know much about this sorta stuff at all, but could you run Mozilla Thunderbird for one and Outlook for the other?

sort of, you can like right click on the calendar and go -> open in new window
and that kinda creates two instances

i do this with citrix. Not sure if it's solving your problem, but i use outlook to connect to the local exchange then another copy of citrix'd outlook to connect to the exchange a hop and a trillion firewalls away.
