Yann Tiersen made both songs, the 2nd vid is him at a concert, and the first vid is either him or someone who looks very much like him.

He's a French composer who uses heaps of instruments, and lately he's been using electric guitars and the like, although I like his accordion playing best.

Yeah he's mad, I bought the album for my girl on itunes a while ago, haven't quite got around to listening to the whole thing though
