just got some new ram..
only thing new ive done.


tried to connect to ra3 server and textureas are all multi-colours and fluro and stuff.
like the old "shroom mode" of rott.

the game is working ok but cant read any text or menu's

Never heard of that one before, does it only happen in Quake or other games as well?

maybe ram is f***ed?

put the old stuff back in.

doesnt happen in other games.

cs works ok.. actually better.

machine is running better than ever. except quake.

tried unbindall
tried deleting config.

might be reinstall.

Careful, or someone will point out that there is no game called Quake1... there is Quake and there is other inferior games released by the carmack.
