Ya, indeed it was busted.

They got Adam to about 100 feet with Weather Balloons though.

There would have to be no engine and the body would have to made of lightweight material eg, cardboard to get it off the ground that fast and with that many balloons. The little girl on Mythbusters was lifted (slowly) to the air with over 3 thousand balloons...she weighed in at about 44 pounds

I'm sure a massive kite could move a car.

Somebody should have filmed me on Saturday in 25 knot winds when my kite overpowered and ended up on a rockwall @ Brighton beach.

I am the fail, lucky a bunch of people rescued me :)
