I saw that Persona 3 has just come out, wanted to crack out the old ps2 to play it.
As the Wii now holds pride of place next to the tele, I thought perhaps I could hook up the ps2 to my lcd pc monitor. I know that VGA boxes don't work with lcds, anyway to hook the thing up? Cheers for the help |

wtf. If you mean composite to vga converters then yes, some of them output odd frequencies but if you have a good LCD it should be able to scale the output correctly. I suggest something based on the scaling engine present in the samsung 190e1 (engineering unit) or 191 screne. They're the s***. Scaler works with inputs up to 1920x1200@75 and scales to pretty perfect 1280x1024@60 |
