The earlier ones had ibuprofen in one side, codeine the other (the side printed N+)... you could just press a knife down the center. VIOLA! Unlimited codeine to abuse (get 600mg out of a 48 pack) without any negative ibuprofen effect.

Now you have to do a cold water extraction, BAH!

I just had a chest infection. Took nothing for a full recovery. I thrive on pain.

Works perfectly, except for the past couple of weeks I have been sick with a chest cold... and a few months ago I had this really bad nasal thingo... actually at teh start of the year I was pretty sick too. But other than that I've been TOPS!~#!@$@!

Your body can't really process more then 400mg of codeine, so that would be a waste.

So if you got no opiate tolerance around 30 is as high as you go, that's 400mg of codeine which is metabolised into roughly 40mg of morphine by the CYP2D6 enzyme.

Around 10% of white people are lacking in this enzyme so codeine doesn't work for them and you'll get ZERO effect even from a massive dose, for the other 90% you should feel very good.

Also you MUST do a cold water extration or else you're ingesting lethal amounts of ibuprofen, I say taking 60 N+ without a CWE is pretty much going to kill your liver.

Wtf is a Cold Water Extraction?

Codeine is highly soluble in water, ibuprofen is not very soluble in water and even less in cold water.

Crush pills up very fine, add the right amount of warm/room temp water, cool it in a fridge, filter.

You're left with a reasonably cloudy and disgusting tasting liquid that contains all the codeine and virtually no ibuprofen therefor saving you from liver death :)

This is a common problem. Also don't take ibruprofen continually otherwise you will end up with stomach ulcers.

Also get some panadol forte to go with it and you will never feel pain.
