WARNING! it appears nimda is on the loose again, I’m getting hits out the wazoo on my firewall, went to one of the ip’s on the logs to see wtf was there and norton antivirus went NUTS with nimda warnings, popups to run or save some weird ass program to my computer.

My suggestion to all you n00bs out there who decide it's a great idea to go "buy" win2k and install IIS is to first download the security patches from microsoft, go "buy" an antivirus program, disconnect your cable modem and install offline. Once you have installed an antivirus program, patched it up, (and maybe put up some sort of firewall if you don't trust the security patches) then AND ONLY THEN get online.

or don't install IIS

or don't install juarez "bought" versions of win2k

or just get the virus and then learn how to get rid of it...

yes but, n00bs seem to like installing win2k and IIS just to show off to their friends that they have a website on their own computer.

Just for j00 juares monkeh's I actually did go to the shop and buy win2k, norton systemworks (which includes antivirus) so, no juares OS here my friend. If you don't believe me, I'll show you my CD's at QGL if I ever make it to another one.

and u can tell they're either n00bs or just dumb coz all u get when u go to the IP is some stupid ass under contruction page. If ur gonna run IIS least leave it off till there's something there.
