Anyone else in the valley area getting power spikes and what not today? We have had 2 this morning and 1 last night, apparently the company next to use have had the same problems and even in their warehouse at boondal!

I noticed out lights flicker twice this morning.

My mum told me how inconvenient it was to have this happen at 1pm on Monday afternoon in Geebung

Yeah, I noticed the lights flicker once here.

PC + routers on UPS = uninterrupted leeching internet access.

A few flickers at Telstra Roma St yesterday afternoon, a few pops in speakers and the fluros were dim for about 45 mins or so.

Happening at UQ today and yesterday.

We just had an email here at work (ANZ Building city) saying that it was city wide. Email was from body corp.

Due to bush fires or something.

We've had it too..it's been f***ing with our chilled water supply for the aircon so my server room was overheating!!! f*** ENERGEX!

A number of buildings in the Brisbane CBD are currently experiencing power fluctuations. Energex have advised the problem is being experienced by Ergon, due to bush fires interferring with main power supply lines.

3 or 4 this morning in Moorooka/Yeerongpilly.

Had one at Runcorn this morning that I noticed.

The Gap, lights fluctuated a few times every now and again, the puter has turned itself off a few times too
