I need to assess some potential replacements for my current position as I am moving on.

Currently the applicants are coming through Seek and not a recruitment company as is usually the case.

Ive been on Google this morning (so dont just suggest that!) to find any compenency assessments available online that I will be able to go over with the applicants.

Is anyone aware of anything? Ive found a couple of things in my search but mainly for excel, would really like something word and outlook based as well.

It can be relatively basic, they are mostly juniors with limited experience, hence being woried about their abilities and wanting to test them.

There's this for a word per minute test but if you're after something to tell you they know how to use word/outlook why not set it up on a dummy computer and set up an exercise and get them to perform certain tasks within a certain time or something? That seems like the easiest method to me.

edit: or are you after something the applicants can perhaps do in their own time and then you just go over the results of their tests? If this is the case, have you notices the number of people on this forum alone who ask for our help doing stuff for work? I suggest you set up offline tests to be performed in front of you to test actual knowledge and not someone's ability to google things.
