The obesity epidemic is just getting bigger and bigger.

Obese children are generally the product of the parents who feed them. Imagine all the money the mother would save if she wasn't shovelling food down her daughters throat.

Thats just disgusting. How you could make/allow/let that happen to your child is just ludicrous.
Im sure the mother has not lived a perfectly happy and content life as a result of her weight, why would she inflict something so holistically damaging onto her daughter, of only 7!
Agreed that I cant believe some sort of authority has taken some action. At this rate she'll be dead by age 10.
I know theres no limit to all the unhealthy foods out there, but the parents are the ones that are giving them access to it. Health starts at home, and she needs some serious lessons about the food pyramid and 'sometimes foods'.
Oh, and everything in moderation.

you know the food pyramid is just a marketing stunt by organisations that sell some of the more ordinary boring healthy foods... they can actually pay to have their food group moved into a better area and such... as is the case for a lot of nutritional advice... such as the ads on tv telling you to get more milk or more beef or more mushrooms etc..
