So yeah, my Vision:M 60gb just had a run in with another object. Long story short, screen is fuxxed:

$450 worth of MP3 player wasted. So I sent an email to Creative asking about how to get repairs etc. Creative being creative, I have little faith in this path. Anybody know any other options for getting the screen replaced, should Creative turn out to be useless (as they usually do with software+support)? Is there a good site where you could buy a replacement site and do it yourself, or any stores around Brisbane where you could get it done?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Please, no "ZOMG iPod are bettar lawl I'm a consumer whore pawn lawl".

Have you had any dealings with Creative before, Astro? I'm just worried that they'll take a million freakin' years or charge me through the arse for repairs : /
