Im looking to finally get a new computer. Im gonna be mainly using it for watching movies and shows with some game playing.

Im thinking of buying the ViewSonic VX2025wm 20" widescreen LCD.

It will be supported by a 7600GT video card, AMD 4000 CPU and 1-2 gig of ram.

Is my system gonna be able to handle such a monitor and is non-native resolution gonna be a problem (i still love playing old games like diablo2) ?

Or should i look towards buying a normal 19" LCD?

You'll need more RAM to handle a monitor like that!

I have a 19" and 17" LCD monitor at work and use them both at a very foreign 1024x768. It looked horrid at first but like all things, you get use to it.

is so the vid card is the factor and since your using a 7600gt yea fo sure no problems.

im using a 6800gt to run a 2405(1920x1200) and it does it sweet as
