Not gaming related, but based on my personal experience I figure most gamers out there are getting harassed by relatives more or less constantly to fix their busted-ass PCs. This paper (PDF) might be of interest - the first real study has just come out of US-based colleges looking at why phishing works at deceiving general users. Tell all your relatives to buy a burner and a name brand PC. Then if something goes funny, burn all their documents & restore from the restore disc you get with most s*** pcs
